To raise the level of QA engineering in Ukraine through education, practice and a network of experts. QARMA started as an answer to a systemic problem: the lack of depth, thinking and ownership in QA.

We do not promise “a job in 3 months”. We give you a technical foundation that raises your confidence, strengthens your CV and makes you competitive. The rest is on you.

Is QARMA right for me if I am just starting out?
Yes — if you are ready to study seriously and already have a grasp of testing. This is not a “break into IT” course. We teach QA who already work in the field, or those who want to strengthen an existing foundation.
How is QARMA different from other courses?

Is there support and a community?
Yes. QARMA is not just a course, it is an environment. We are building a community where you can ask technical questions, discuss difficult cases and grow together.
Will it help me get hired?
We do not promise “a job in 3 months”. We give you a technical foundation that raises your confidence, strengthens your CV and makes you competitive. We also post vacancies in our internal channel, which has already helped students get hired. But guaranteeing anything would be dishonest — it depends on too many factors. What we can definitely help with is a CV review, a mock interview or career advice.
Can I collaborate with QARMA as an expert?
Yes. We are open to working with practising specialists who want to build quality educational products or join the community.
